Last day of work. We helped with the buffet as usual. I made the cheesecakes, and as the crust finished, I made an additional portion for the further cheesecakes. Then, Nastya and I together made the crumble topping for the cheesecake base. Nastya made the ganache.
In the evening we visited our hotel for dinner.
