First day of work. Our shift started at 3 p.m. On this day we helped in the hot kitchen: to peel and cut vegetables - onions, garlic, carrots etc. And afterwards we helped at the buffet during dinner, to serve ice-cream, replenish desserts, salads and fruits if it was over. At the end of the day we clean our working place, mopped the floors and went home:)
