21.04 - Monday - Marta and Anastassija

 

This day we again helped with decorating desserts and serving the buffet. We also prepared pastry cream, ganache and traditional Catalana cream.

I also packed a lot of already cooked cakes, cheesecakes, sponge cakes into the cling film.
