It was a busy day because it was Easter. We spent the whole day helping with decorating desserts, serving them. I caramelized sugar on creme brulee and then decorated it completely. Marta helped with decorating the Pavlova cake and also served profiteroles. We served the burekas together. Afterwards, we prepared the cakes together for the buffet, and helped with serving it. Also we cut and put on the plates a lot of mini desserts.
